Alfredo Sauce


  • 2 oz Butter - not melted

  • 4 oz Organic heavy cream

  • 3/4 cup Fresh grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 Large range free (egg yolk)


Melt the butter in a ceramic omelet pan just until bubbly. While stirring constantly add the cream and parmesan to the butter until smooth. Add the egg yolk, to the butter, cream, and cheese stirring continually just until thick.

Then enjoy while hot, over chicken, vegetables, or anything you desire!
