Lamb Burgers Salad

Makes 6 Patties  |  Prep Time 20 Min | Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of grass-fed, free range, ground lamb (80% / 20%)
  • Pink Himalayan Salt - finely ground
  • Black Pepper

Salad Greens:

Organic:

  • Celery
  • Bell Peppers
  • Tomatos
  • Arugula
  • Kale
  • Butter Lettuce
  • Parsley

Ranch Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (see our recipe)
  • 2 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp Organic heavy cream
  • 1 tsp "Braggs" apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp fresh minced garlic
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp fresh chopped dill 
  • 2 drops hot sauce

Instructions:

1)  Pat the ground lamb into six third pound burgers (5.3 oz)

2) Put on the grill and salt and pepper top side.  Salt and pepper again when turned.

3)  Cook as desired and put on top of salad greens

4)  Add Ranch Dressing, if desired
